Thanks. I ended up pounding it out but wasn't able spare the threads. Looks like i'll need a new bolt. Luckily they had one for sale on ebay for a few bucks!

Thank you. I ended up purchasing a new bowl for it and it fits. Somehow the bowl bad been bent by over tightening. the new one sits well. Started right up.
