In the process of cleaning my carb, I ran into a few problems.

1. O-rings are shot (missing quite a few as well) (O-ring kit from Honda is $9 for each carb).
2. One of my floats has a leak in it (the varnish was covering these holes), so it either needs to be fixed (anyone know how to fix about 5 tiny pinholes?) or replaced ($15 from Honda).
3. The following jet sizes are supposed to be in my carbs (according to my Clymer manual).
    a. Slow (Pilot) jet #38
    b. Primary Main jet #60
    c. Secondary Main jet #115

4. Here's what I actually have.
    a. Slow (Pilot) jet #38
    b. Primary Main jet #70 (both carbs have this size)
    c. Secondary Main jet #115

Will this different jet be a problem or should I get hold the #60 main jet ($7 each from Honda)?

I've got a Honda parts book, dated 10th Oct 1972, for the CB/CL350 K4. It lists:

Slow jet 35 Std with 38 as optional part

Primary Main 68 Std with 60, 65, 70 and 72 as options

Secondary Main 105 Std with 98, 100 and 110 as options

I had the same problem when I first got my 71 cb350 running. I just applied the smallest amount of solder over each hole then "sanded" them smooth with one of my wife's nail files. That was two years ago and it's been fine.

Thanks for the info guys. I'll try repairing the float first and if that doesn't work, then I get a new one.
