Well, another migrating old fart from Naked GoldWings!

Now you now why we call rebelrouser, rablerouser for all the trouble he gets us into! BTW, I'm BigT's long lost distant cousin three times removed and twice reinstated!

Been riding bikes since 1965. Honda's for the most part, but an occasional other Asain bike, a few Brit Bikes and Euro, too. Currently have somewhere around 16-18 bikes.....tend to loose count. I'll post some pics/list in the Honda forum.

Welcome CharlieT, do you have any CB-F Super Sports or CBX's in your stable? If not you are missing the best of the bunch. Wink

Ok, I might miss one or two here (CRS syndrome), but here goes with a list of current bikes:

1959 Honda SuperCub
1965 Honda s-65
1965 Honda CL-72
1967 Honda CL-77
1971 Penton 125 ISDT
197? Suzuki TS-250 barn bike
1974 Kawasaki MT75 Dynomite
1976 Honda CR125M-Elsinore
1976 Honda CB400F
1978 Honda GL1000 GoldWing
1980 Honda XR200
1982 Honda CR125R
1982 Honda Ascot
1984 Honda VF700 Interceptor
1986 Honda TLR200 Refelx
1990 Honda VTR250 Interceptor
2000 Honda Valkyrie tourer
2002 Honda / CharlieT CRF450/200R

plus a few more parts/barn specials.

Last winter I converted the Ascot into a street tracker, more befitting of its name. This winter I picked up the CB400F and am in the process of doing a retro-conversion (?) of it. Going to restore it and convert it into basically a replica of an early '60s Honda GP bike, along the lines of an RC163/RC171. Am also working with my son on converting his 1982 Honda GoldWing GL1100 Interstate into a '40s style cruiser.

For some reason, I cannot get onto photobucket from work here to post pics. Maybe when I get home, I can post a few pics of my projects.

Charlie T. We definetly need to get together. I have a 74 Honda Cr125M, 78 GL1000, GL1500, and want to buy your Suzuki TS250 barn bike. I live just off I-69 exit 36 just west of Marshall. 269-781-7788. Oh, I am customizing a GL1100 too. This forum has really been a good thing. Keep in touch.

Welcome Charlie! Why don't you find an avatar that embodies "migrating old fart from Naked GoldWings". If one of your stock photos doesn't fit the bill; there's always Photoshop!

Wow, it is good to see these are other web sites out there with a following like us DOHC people have. I never imagined Wingers to be as organized because they all ride the worng bikes but what the hell do I know? At least they ride Hondas.
