To "da crew"!!!
Just got off the phone with the folks up at Furnace Creek and I have the info & dates for DV '08!!!
The dates are: May 2nd,3rd,4th,& 5th 2008(Friday thru Monday respectively)--this is as late as I dare go to keep us folks down south from roasting there, and allow easier transit for any of our northern friends to ride down without fear of blizzard conditions or anything drastic like that!
Call the Furnace Creek Ranch Resort and ask for one of the rooms under "CBX group" and booking #54200. I have set up a block of 15 rooms in the Parkside area to be held until April 2nd,2008, at which point any remaining rooms left will be released for sale to the general public. Phone number is:
Reservations:
(760)786-2345(front desk)
Rates:$130/nite+12% tax($148.10 total)
I will be sending in the signed release forms today, so call and get reservations probably starting this Sat., or Mon. of next week. Ride/drive whatcha brung, CBX's are always nice to ride there but the more comfortable/modern technology's gonna get ridden on this end(Gold Wing)!!
Any questions, etc., call or email me at:
(818)841-2546

See you all there and ride/drive safe!

More to follow as needed!
