Rolling Eyes Hi...any clues out there why my X6 Hustler will only start with the throttle held wide open and ya gotta kick the little bitch like twenty times...it won't start on choke and I put new points and condensers in...any suggestions would surely be appreciated...I lined the timing marks up and set the correct gaps on the points...is that the trouble...maybe need to redo the points and timing?...Marla

Sounds like you did the first step, electrical. Next I would check the points, and possibly clean the carbeurtor, and put new plugs in.
