This little gem has a freshly powder coated frame and swinger but, it was missing a few parts when acquired from an estate sale for next to nothing.

The owner gave it to me today saying it had an engine knock, he is severely mistaken, there is no knock and the engine is tight as a whale's ass. (Whale's ass is water proof šŸ¤£)
It is missing the air filters and the carbs need to be synchronized but, she's a great little runner other than that so far.

That looks like a great project Ray. I'm constantly amazed at the machines people give to you, that would normally be put on craigslist asking top dollar. Good luck with it.

It was only given to me so I could charge him money when I'm done working on it. Wink

The owner dropped off some new air filters on Monday evening which made a huge difference in how she runs and he also left me the fairing that was on the bike when he bought it from the estate sale.

This fiberglass fairing was made for the 450 but, the windscreen is no longer a part of this world.

I think I'm gonna have my buddy paint it, it is still in good condition and is pretty unique so I'm sure there is someone that will want it.

I fixed all the light issues dude had on this bike and made him buy air filters and boxes which are all installed now and the bike runs great now.
One problem he had was the side stand peg bracket collapsing every time he put the side stand down, the inside threads were gone so I took out the Time-Sert kit and got busy putting new threads where the old ones ceased to exist.

The bike stands as it should now, ready to ride.

Photobucket seems to want to make money off people just to view other people's pictures.

My thoughts as well, Ray. I'm not planning on paying anyone money just so I can show my pictures to someone else. $50 gets you 1 terabyte of storage on your own drive, which is what I use to back up all my personal as well as another drive for MC pictures. Even a 64Gig flash drive can hold a lot of pics. All those storage sites will be charging soon, so no use going through this a 3rd time for me. If forums want to survive, they better get the storage to handle direct uploads (some do) in a size that usable for wiring diagrams and other technical photos, in the future. I don't have a 26" screen to squint at 480 x 320 pictures Rolling Eyes

I'm contemplating my own image hosting if I can get a friend of mine to hook me up.
