Take this as fair warning: You may NEVER get your seat back if you send it to CRB for restoration. I've found ALL SORTs of negative feedback on this company all over the motorcycle web. Wish I would have done more research before sending my '71 Honda SL350 K1 seat (no holes, scratches, dents, mars or wear - just faded) to them for restoration 2+ years ago! Haven't seen the seat since and they never return calls or emails. I have a complaint in with the BBB online.
