Hey, Welcome Aboard!
Kewl find, that KZ200. That was my first 'project / ressurection' bike I ever did. I was 25 and had been married about a year. My WIFE found it for me at a local garage sale for $25.
19 years and about 40 bikes later, she's STILL finding 'em at garage sales for me every once in a while!
As for the bike, they had a mechanical front disk brake, rather than hydraulic. Very much like the one Honda used on their CB200 (and CB125 for a few years). I guess ebay and/or the local salvage yard would be your best bet for those components. Unless you want to swap complete front ends. But, that would be quite a project. Not impossible, but not for the timid of tool!
For a clutch cable, I'd try ebay stores, DennisKirk.com or BikeBandit.com
Good luck with it, and again, welcome aboard.
And don't forget - pictures are always welcome!!
