Hello
Probably getting a bit boring now, but here it is.
I have got a new clutch basket from the states, old one was mangled, all the same as each other.
Have put on, lock washer in place, hub nut, it appears that when tightened I am not going to get a complete full nut depth of thread
I am mystified
Any ideas people
Thanks

That is a typical Honda clutch nut and needs a special tool you can buy from Motion Pro or Honda, they still sell all the tools they've always had aside from CB450K DOHC cam chain breakers that aren't available at any price and I know a guy with 4 of them. šŸ˜’
I have that clutch nut tool.
You can also be a brutal son of a whore and use a hammer and screwdriver to open that nut, you need to knock the lock washer down anyway with a flat head screwdriver but, don't be a son of a whore unless you have no choice.
